Shipping and Processing Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that the 1-3 day processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Your order will be shipped via First Class USPS mail unless you select an alternative. If you have any questions about your order please e-mail info@rgnsport.com with your order number in the subject line.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, and to select international countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Our made-to-order products such as headbands and face masks take 3-5 business days to be processed. If you purchase a matching headband or face mask with your order, the complete order will go out once the headband(s) or face mask(s) is complete.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

RGN Sport ships to select international destinations. 

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:

If you refuse a shipment from RGN Sport or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to RGN Sport. Refund Policy

Refund & Exchange Policies

Need to make a return or an exchange? No problem! We want you to have the best experience with RGN Sport. We will gladly accept items returned within 14 business days after delivery, please email info@rgnsport.com to get a refund started. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. A refund will be process upon our receipt of the returned item(s). 


If you wish to make an exchange for a different item please contact info@rgnsport.com within 14 business days after delivery. Once we ensure we have the desired item you want, we will begin the exchange process. Once we receive your returned item we will send you an invoice for the shipping, then send out the desired item. 

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

To return an item, please package the unworn and unwashed item with original tags attached and include a completed return form. Please use a standard shipping service (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and obtain proof of shipment. RGN Sport’s return policy does not offer free return shipping. All refunds for returned items are subject to our discretion based on the condition of the return items received.
